How to Get Started

Working out gets significantly easier when you find something you LOVE! Follow the simple steps below to get started.

ONE: View the schedule below and click on the class you are interested in.

TWO: Create an account in our booking system (Arketa).

THREE: Pay for your class or purchase a class pass. New students may book a free trial at this step!

FOUR: Be sure to reserve your spot in class! Advanced registration for classes is required. Our group fitness classes are limited to 15 members, and our Reformer Studio classes are limited to 3 members.

FAQ

We can’t wait to see you in a group fitness class or reformer session at Babylon Barre! Below are a few frequently asked questions. Need more help? Contact our team. We’re happy to assist!

  • Yes, we do have classes for beginners! MOST of our group fitness classes are for all-levels, but we do have a handful of beginner Pilates and Yoga classes on the group schedule. For our Reformer/ Equipment room, we do have a Gentle/ Beginner track that is perfect for those new to Pilates, recovering from injuries, or who just want to move a little slower to work on form.

  • We have pricing options for a variety of budgets and busy schedules. Please review our current pricing and packages HERE.

  • Comfortable workout clothes that you can move in. Grip socks are required - we do sell at the studio if you need a pair. No sneakers or shoes necessary.

  • You are welcome to cancel or move your class reservation up to 90 minutes prior to a group fitness class or 12 hours prior to a Reformer/ Equipment class. Some classes do have waitlists, so it is a courtesy to those on the waitlist who may be trying to get into class.

  • True progress can be seen with a minimum of 3 classes a week. Of course, feel free to fit whatever works into your schedule! Some movement is better than no movement at the end of the day.

  • In our group fitness studio, we offer Barre, Mat Pilates, Yoga, and a variety of strength classes. In our equipment studio, we offer Reformer, Tower, and mixed Apparatus classes.

  • There is free parking in a municipal lot across the street from the studio as well as on the street on S. 1st St. Please abide by any parking signs on the street. Note that the parking lot right in front of the studio is for building tenants only.

  • A mat if you have (we do have ones to borrow, if you need), water, and grip socks! Grip socks are super important for sanitary reasons and to ensure you do not slip on the floor in regular socks.
